Live2.ai Raises ₹130 Crore in IvyCap-Led Pre-Series B Round
Bengaluru-based Live2.ai is looking to address that gap with an AI-powered platform that connects social intelligence, campaign management and commerce activities.
The startup announced on October 27 that it has raised ₹130 crore (approximately $14 million) in a Pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The investment will support product development, international expansion and wider enterprise adoption of its platform.
The round includes both primary and secondary capital. While the primary investment will fund the company's growth, the secondary component will provide partial liquidity to early shareholders. Live2.ai has not disclosed the split between the two components or its valuation.
The funding comes as Live2.ai positions itself beyond conventional social listening tools, using AI agents to help businesses interpret consumer conversations and act on them across different functions.
