‘Lioness’ Season 3: When to Watch New Episodes of Taylor Sheridan’s CIA Thriller
Lioness, now in its third season, is one of the many Taylor Sheridan series on Paramount Plus. But this isn’t another Yellowstone spinoff to add to the pile. The action-packed counterterrorism-themed drama is described by the streamer as an “intense, female-led espionage thriller” and features Oscar winners Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman, who star in and executive-produce it.
Season 3 continues to follow Joe McNamara (Saldaña) as she works with Lioness, the CIA’s undercover program, which serves as “the tip of the spear in the agency’s war on terror.” The series goes global, with supervisors Kaitlyn Meade (Kidman) and Byron Westfield (Michael Kelly) still guiding her missions from the Situation Room in DC.
The problem is that the war she’s fighting has now followed her home.
