LG OLEDs Summon New Prime Video Setting Named Creator Original Picture Mode
LG and Amazon have teamed up to create a new picture setting for LG OLEDs, called Creator Original Picture Mode, which will debut with the home premiere of the new Masters of the Universe movie.
The feature is only available on LG’s W6, G6 and C6 series, and is “designed to give studios more direct control over how their streaming content is presented on compatible TVs.” The new mode applies creator-set parameters, including shadow detail, color balance, noise reduction and motion handling, LG says.
