Kuku Technologies Eyes ₹3,500 Cr IPO As SEBI Clears Filing
Kuku has received observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on its proposed initial public offering (IPO), according to the information shared. The company had filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) confidentially in June.
The proposed IPO could be in the range of ₹2,500 crore to ₹3,500 crore, with a potential valuation of around ₹15,000 crore, according to the information shared. The issue is expected to include both a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale.
The move puts Kuku at an important point in its growth story. The company is no longer positioning itself only around audio content. Its portfolio now spans audio entertainment, microdramas and microlearning, with technology and artificial intelligence infrastructure becoming part of its planned use of IPO proceeds.
