Kotak Alts Names Pushkar Jauhari To Lead PE, VC Business
Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited has appointed Pushkar Jauhari as Chief Executive Officer, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
Jauhari will lead Kotak Alts’ Private Equity and Venture Capital platform, with responsibility spanning investment strategy, fundraising, new investments, portfolio management, and exits.
The appointment also brings an investment professional with experience across private equity, venture capital, and public markets into a role that covers the full investment cycle.
A Broad Investment Mandate
Jauhari brings nearly 25 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, and public markets in India and Europe. Over his career, he has been involved in more than 25 private equity, M&A, and public equity investments worth over USD 900 million.
He has also held more than 10 board positions, giving him experience beyond investment selection and into working with portfolio companies and their management teams.
