Kinexions 2026 – Kinaxis confronts a world where supply chains won't stand still

I always enjoy a good vendor vision. I mean, conferences are where we go to be dazzled and amazed – to be in a magical place where the hosting companies tell us the future they want us to believe in. Whether they can actually do it is largely a matter of belief – and in the moment, meh, who cares.

But for someone whose job it is to make sense of these visions for others, it kind of helps to know something about the often dismal present before having to evaluate the clearly delightful future.

And in Kinaxis's case, I was particularly interested in getting a field report, given my previous conversation with Chief Product Officer Andrew Bell – who had described a fundamental shift in supply chain planning from periodic optimization to continuous, mission-critical decision-making.
