Josh Software expands voice banking solutions for underserved markets
Josh Software has expanded its engineering services to help banks and financial institutions integrate AI-powered voice banking into their existing digital ecosystems, with a focus on improving access to banking services across Tier II, Tier III and rural markets.
The service is designed to enable customers to interact with banking services through voice, using intent recognition and support for Indian regional languages. It also allows financial institutions to retain ownership of the source code and intellectual property developed through the engagement, giving them greater flexibility to customise and evolve their voice banking capabilities.
Josh Software said the offering addresses the engineering effort involved in integrating voice technologies with existing banking systems and digital channels, enabling institutions to introduce conversational interfaces without rebuilding their underlying technology infrastructure.
