Josh Software, an engineering partner to banks and financial institutions, has expanded its services to help accelerate the adoption of AI-powered voice banking. The service enables banks to integrate conversational banking with their existing systems and digital channels, making banking services more accessible to customers across Tier II, Tier III and rural markets.
The offering combines end-to-end technology integration, intent recognition and support for Indian regional languages, allowing customers to interact with banking services naturally in their preferred language. Banks also retain ownership of the source code and resulting intellectual property, enabling greater customisation and reducing dependence on technology vendors.
