Before we go any further it’s worth clarifying what this part actually covers. The goal here is to give you the foundational knowledge to explore the dark web safely. Everything in this part stays within the bounds of passive exploration with no active engagement of any kind. Most of what follows is based on my own personal experiences and recommendations, alongside those of others I came across while researching for this series.
