According to a recent study, technology leaders of nearly two-thirds of top-performing companies are very involved in shaping enterprise strategy, compared to organizations not considered top performers.
As business expectations evolve, it has become imperative for every associate to understand new-age technologies and learn to leverage them in their line of work.
This challenge cannot be addressed merely through tool implementation or a few learning workshops; it requires a broader mindset shift across the enterprise. Innovation leaders must build a culture that fosters creativity-led transformation as an ongoing discipline, grounded in clear outcomes, measurable impact, and evidence of value created.
