Indulge Concierge Raises $1 Million to Expand AI-Powered Luxury Services Globally

Indulge Concierge, a members-only lifestyle management company for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), has raised $1 million in a Pre-Series A funding round as it looks to expand into the US, UAE, Malaysia and South Africa while increasing its investment in artificial intelligence (AI).

The round saw participation from both existing and new investors, according to the company. Indulge said the capital will be used primarily to support international expansion and further develop its AI capabilities.

Founded in 2022 by Karan Bhangay and Advita Bihani, Indulge provides 24/7 concierge services covering travel, dining, sourcing, exclusive access and other bespoke requests. The company said its members include founders, family offices, celebrities and cricketers.

The company currently operates across more than 180 countries, with its concierge team handling requests ranging from travel and hospitality to access to sold-out products and events.
