IBM Opens AI-Focused FutureNow Centre in Visakhapatnam to Support Global Consulting Delivery
IBM has opened a new IBM Consulting FutureNow Centre in Visakhapatnam, expanding its consulting delivery network in India and strengthening its capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), hybrid cloud and enterprise digital transformation.
The new centre will support global consulting engagements and AI-first transformation projects, with capabilities spanning AI, hybrid cloud, software engineering, cybersecurity, data and analytics, enterprise transformation, platform engineering, service integration, quality engineering and user experience services.
The company said the facility reflects its continued investment in India's technology talent and growing digital ecosystem while positioning Visakhapatnam as a strategic delivery location for global clients.
The FutureNow Centre was inaugurated by Nara Lokesh, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics and Human Resource Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh, in the presence of Sandip Patel, Managing Director, IBM India and South Asia, and other government and IBM officials.
