I never considered buying ear-tip free AirPods-esuqe earbuds, but the spacious sound and solid ANC on JBL's new smartcase-toting buds made me reconsider — although their open style won't suit everyone
Open-fit earbuds may have their limitations as far as sound quality and ANC go generally, but the JBL Live Flex 4 still perform admirably, with spacious and balanced sound, solid noise-crushing capabilities, and a comfortable fit to boot.
