I Named My IOS App After My Own Diagnosis

I have a habit of doing something that a few years ago I would have had no word for. I open up the task and look at it. It is a visa application for a family trip to go on. It will take an hour to fill in. I know it will take an hour because I have estimated it correctly every day for weeks and every day I haven’t done it.

I’m not lazy. I’m not avoiding this. I’m just busy. I’ve been doing some hard stuff at work lately. I even managed to “ship” all that work yesterday. But this one task just isn’t getting started. I don’t even know why not. And that not knowing and not explaining it to myself is actually worse than the task itself.
