I shipped the first version of Roast Rocket on a Saturday. By Sunday morning it had killed an idea I'd been quietly excited about for two weeks. The idea was mine. The killing was deserved. What It Does

Roast Rocket takes a one-sentence startup idea and runs it through five "planets" — Founder Fit, Market Reality, Timing, Business Model, Moat. At each planet it asks three follow-up questions generated specifically for your idea. Not a checklist. The questions pick up the words and contradictions in your previous answer and push on those.

Score 1 or 2 on a planet and your rocket crashes. End of journey, here's why. Survive all five and you get a verdict — KILL, PIVOT, or PROCEED — plus a PDF....
