HubSpot launches Revenue Hub to manage revenue data in one place. Here’s why that matters
According to a HubSpot survey of US revenue leaders, fragmented revenue data is a major blocker undermining ROI.
Most of the time, this information lives in systems outside of the customer record (HubSpot in this case). So when AI agents or assistants work with customer data to do things like provide quotes, send or remind customers about invoices, cross-sell or up-sell, and close deals, they don’t have access to critical customer context - 44% of companies using autonomous AI agents are operating without this context.
A couple more interesting stats - three-quarters (76%) of revenue leaders miss contract renewals because billing is outside customer records, and 72% admit their AI doesn’t have the full, accurate revenue data it needs to take meaningful action.
These frustrations match with data from a Bain and Company studythat found 42% of companies surveyed didn’t hit their growth targets in 2025. Competition is...
