Hibbitt is Senior Director of Engineering at Storio, the personalized-photo-products group formerly known as albelli-Photobox and parent to Photobox UK and Bonusprint. He explains:
We deal in people's memories, and memory is precious to individuals. If you have a bad experience with us because our platform has gone down and you've been building a creation for sixteen, seventeen hours, and you can't finish that and you miss somebody's birthday, that can be heartbreaking to an individual. That was simply not acceptable to us as an organization.
