HiddenLayer Raises $100 Million for AI Runtime Security
AI security company HiddenLayer on Wednesday announced raising $100 million in a Series B funding round that brings the total raised by the company to over $155 million.
Founded in 2022, Austin-based HiddenLayer secures the lifecycle of agentic, generative, and predictive AI applications, protecting agents from evolving threats.
The company’s enterprise platform provides discovery, AI supply chain security, attack simulation, and runtime protection for AI agents, ensuring compliance, safe AI adoption, and intellectual property protection.
HiddenLayer plans to invest the fresh funds in expanding the platform with agentic runtime security capabilities that cover AI coding agents.
The company will focus on providing enterprises with visibility into how AI agents act in production, to stop anomalous behavior, including manipulation, misuse, and unauthorized actions.
