HCLTech wins AI-led IT transformation deal with M Group. How it works in practice
HCLTech recently won a large infrastructure services contract with M Group, a company that provides critical infrastructure services in the UK and Ireland. M Group is responsible for managing systems in sectors such as water, energy, transport, defence, technology and communications and so has a wide infrastructure footprint.
The deal is interesting because upgrading M Group’s infrastructure and end-user support is complex, requiring the co-ordination of more than 200 separate locations, and HCLTech is taking an AI approach, using its AI Force platform to automate and transform IT tasks.
M Group is a net new client for HCLTech that it won via competitive tender in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP).
