Some events leave you impressed. Others leave you inspired.

HackMIT 2026 managed to do both.

From the moment I stepped onto MIT's campus, there was an energy in the air that felt impossible to ignore. Everywhere I looked, students were building, testing, debugging, and bringing ambitious ideas to life. Between project demos, I watched the award-winning MIT Logarhythms perform, saw robot dogs drawing crowds as they showed off their latest tricks, and met builders whose projects tackled challenges ranging from healthcare to education to conservation.
