Gutenberg Launches AI Visibility Service As Brands Shift Beyond Search

Gutenberg has launched an AI Visibility service to help brands track and improve how they appear in AI-generated answers, search results and conversational platforms as buyers increasingly use artificial intelligence to research products and companies.

The service, announced September 1 by Gutenberg in New York and New Delhi, combines digital marketing, content and public relations to address a growing challenge for brands: appearing accurately and consistently when AI platforms answer category questions, compare providers or recommend companies.

Google says its AI Overviews feature now reaches more than 2.5 billion monthly active users, while Forrester reports that 94% of business buyers use AI during the buying process. The shift means brand consideration can begin before a potential customer visits a company website.
