GTA 6 Online Could Launch Next Year As Take-Two Talks Up PC Gaming
When Grand Theft Auto V came out, GTA Online was not long behind, launching just two weeks after the base game in October 2013. Rockstar hasn't said a word about GTA 6's online component, but given the incredible cash cow that GTA V Online has been for publisher Take-Two, it's absolutely inevitable that the upcoming blockbuster will have a similar mode. The only real question is when it will come, and the answer, according to Twitch CEO Dan Clancy, is next year.
Speaking to Bloomberg, Clancy apparently said that Twitch "spent a lot of time talking with Rockstar about their plans," emphasizing that Twitch is going to see a big boost in viewership when GTA 6 launches, naturally.
