Google Gemini is down for many — here's what we know about the potential outage so far
If you're seeing error messages on Google Gemini today, you're not alone — a spike in reports shows that the AI chatbot is struggling for many users this morning, despite the lack of any official outage so far.
The problems seemingly started at around 6.11am ET / 11.11am GMT, which is when a large spike in reports appeared on Downdetector in both the US and UK. Right now, there are 480 reports in the US and 440 in the UK.
There's no official problems on the Gemini status page, which currently states that "all systems are currently operational". But you can follow all of the latest news on the reported problems with us here in this live report...
