GetVantage has raised Rs. 63 crore in a Series A1 round to expand its AI-powered Capital Gateway platform, increasing committed MSME financing capacity beyond Rs. 700 crore.

Mumbai-based fintech GetVantage has raised Rs. 63 crore in a Series A1 funding round comprising equity and debt to expand its embedded financing platform for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The fresh capital will increase the company's committed financing capacity to more than Rs. 700 crore and support the development of its AI-native Capital Gateway platform.

The company said the funding will also help unlock additional operational debt capital from its banking and financial institution partners.

Investors Back Growth

The funding round was anchored by banking veteran Rajeev Ahuja, former Managing Director of RBL Bank, along with operator-led investment firm SanRaj Group. Existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint also participated in the round.
