Genefied Names Neha Lakhwara To Lead Investor Relations & Strategy
Genefied, the enterprise SaaS company, has appointed Neha Lakhwara to lead Investment Relations & Strategy, with a mandate covering capital strategy, investor engagement, partnership structuring, and governance frameworks.
The appointment comes as Genefied expands its enterprise customer base and looks to enter new international markets.
A Role That Goes Beyond Investor Relations
Lakhwara brings more than a decade of experience across legal and investment roles. Her work has involved startups, founders, investors, and VC funds, with exposure to fundraising, transactions, contracts, compliance, and the legal structures involved in scaling businesses.
That combination is relevant to the role because the mandate goes beyond communicating with investors. Lakhwara will work directly with the founder on capital strategy, partnerships, and governance as the company moves into its next phase.
