From ecosystems to agent builders - how HubSpot is primed to grow the mid-market

HubSpot has customer data; it has customer context; now it’s looking to its partners to help continue to grow its agentic customer platform by applying intelligence to that data and context to achieve business goals. HubSpot’s new State of Ecosystems report sets out the premise:

Ecosystems will become the operating systems where intelligence is applied, shaped, and made useful.

But that doesn’t mean HubSpot isn’t also adding intelligence to its own platform, and the new Agent Hub and Agent Builder are perfect examples of how they are doing just that.

A more than healthy partner ecosystem

Any technology software provider aimed at the small (under 200 employees) to mid-market (200-2000 employees) wants to get into HubSpot’s partner ecosystem.
