For many years, a CV was seen as a measure of intelligence, expertise, and credibility. But have you ever seen an engineer or developer who seems different from what is written on three or five pages?
The world we live in today has changed a lot with AI. With quantum computing, many things will change. We are at the dawn of a new era in the history of humanity. Machines will perform better than humans in some areas, so we will be obliged to focus on critical tasks where AI is not shining yet.
After observing how the world of work is changing, in my opinion, we don’t need a CV...
