Freshworks Reports 16% Q2 Revenue Growth, Raises Guidance

Freshworks reported second-quarter revenue of $237.4 million, up 16% year over year, while posting GAAP net income of $3.2 million, its first profitable quarter of 2026. The company also exceeded its revenue and profitability expectations and raised its full-year financial outlook. The results mark the eighth consecutive quarter in which Freshworks has met its Rule of 40 benchmark, highlighting continued progress in balancing growth with profitability.

AI Adoption Continues To Influence Growth

Beyond the financial results, the quarter highlighted how AI is becoming a larger contributor to Freshworks' enterprise business.

The company said Freddy AI Copilot is now attached to more than 71% of new enterprise deals, while EX ARR grew 24% year over year, indicating that AI capabilities are increasingly becoming part of mainstream customer deployments rather than pilot projects.
