Freshworks Appoints Ryan Manning As Product And Technology Chief Officer

Freshworks has appointed Ryan Manning as Chief Product and Technology Officer, effective August 10. Reporting directly to Dennis Woodside, CEO, Freshworks Inc. Manning will lead both product strategy and technology across the company's AI, IT, and customer experience portfolio. He succeeds Srini Raghavan, who is leaving the company to pursue an entrepreneurial venture.

As part of the restructuring, Murali Swaminathan, Chief Technology Officer, Freshworks Inc., will continue in his role and report to Manning.

Bringing Product And Engineering Closer

The appointment signals a structural shift rather than a routine leadership transition. By placing product and engineering under one executive, Freshworks is aiming to shorten the path between customer requirements, product planning, and technology execution.
