IT Voice-What inspired you to launch FonadaLabs?

Nitish Gopalani-We saw that businesses were still spending a huge amount of time on repetitive customer conversations such as sales calls, support, reminders, confirmations and follow-ups. AI could automate many of these conversations, but we wanted to build something that works reliably in real business environments, not just in demos. That led us to FonadaLabs, where we are building voice AI, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, voice cloning, noise cancellation and AI communication infrastructure for enterprises.
