Fail fast is fine, fail repeatedly...have some more money!

Failing fast is a mantra that we hear a lot in the US tech sector - it’s a virtue, not a criticism, praising a proclivity to experiment and innovation and take risks without letting the possibility of failure deter you. Outside of the US, faillure may have more consequences, although it seldom does in the UK government space where it’s almost a pre-requisite for winning more business.
