Dyson’s Huge Pipe-like Air Purifier Moves Like a Dune Sandworm and Blows Air Across the Room
Dyson’s HushJet air purifiers have been some of the versatile air purifiers on the market, able to cool, purify and heat the air, so you get climate control capabilities in addition to purification. The new HushJet purifier range, announced at the IFA 2026 trade show in Berlin, incorporates all of these capabilities with a complete redesign and I was able to see all three models in person prior to the show.
The new HushJet models look like large curved pipes, a design Dyson calls the “HushJet Nozzle.” It incorporates the directed-fan capabilities of the HushJet MiniCool Fan that we loved for portable summer cooling, with the aerospace turbine design of the HushJet Compact, for more consistent performance and reduced noise and turbulence.
