Dyson Unveils Its First-Ever Dryer Brush and a New Hair Straightener
At the Dyson Unveiled event at IFA 2026 in Berlin, Dyson announced a whopping 10 new products, including its first toothbrush, three robot vacuums, three air purifiers, a wet floor cleaner and two hair tools: its first dryer brush and a hair straightener designed to lessen heat damage. The Airsmooth
Dyson has round brush attachments for its Airwrap multistyler, but according to a press release, the Airsmooth is the brand’s first dedicated dryer brush. Designed for all hair types, it uses two different bristle types: PivotFlex bristles that bend up to 90 degrees and anti-snag bristles that collapse to release strands. Both were created to reduce uncomfortable hair-pulling. The PivotFlex bristles also have an open base that helps control and diffuse airflow, minimizing frizz.
