Pop star Dua Lipa is suing Samsung for $15 million (about £11m or AU$20m), alleging that the company used an image of her on its TV packaging without her permission.
In a lawsuit filed on Friday, May 8 in California, the singer alleges that the South Korean tech giant "prominently used" her image "for a mass marketing campaign for a consumer product without her knowledge, without consideration, and as to which she had no say, control, or input whatsoever”.
