Dreamforce 2026 - what the State of Salesforce tells us about user priorities around agentic deployment
I always know when its Dreamforce time because that means it’s also time for the annual State of Salesforce report, first published by consultancy Bluewolf, but now the property of IBM Consulting, which bought out Bluewolf ten years ago. (Doesn’t time fly?)
It’s always a useful theoretical pulse-check on the sentiments out there among the Salesforce Ohana and tees up some interesting thought topics for exploration at Dreamforce itself.
So, what’s in the 2026 report - which you can find here - that catches the eye?
I’ll start with a slight caveat - I found this year’s report to be somewhat lacking in the hard stats that I previously felt were so useful.
