At a time when the role of Forward Deployed Engineers is a hot topic around enterprise tech adoption, Deloitte Digital has scored a first by becoming the first Global System integrator (GSI) to deliver a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering engagement. (It has already been announced as Salesforce 2027 Global Consulting Partner of the Year.)
We looked at Salesforce’s developing FDE strategy earlier this year when Stuart Lauchlan spoke to Jennifer Cramer, SVP, Forward Deployed Engineering and Customer Success for AI Product. From a partner perspective, rather than deploying the most Salesforce product, Salesforce is looking to reward partners that stay alongside customers to ensure the customer targeted outcomes are achieved.
