DoorDash Opens Hyderabad Hub to Support 56 Million Users Globally
DoorDash has opened a new global operations and talent hub in Hyderabad, starting with around 500 employees and planning to expand to more than 3,000 professionals over the next two years.
More importantly, Hyderabad will become one of only three owned Customer Experience and Integrity (CXI) hubs operated by DoorDash globally, alongside Tempe, Arizona, and Mexico City.
The development gives India a big role in DoorDash's global operations. Teams in Hyderabad will support consumers, merchants and delivery workers across the company's international markets, while the centre is expected to add specialised integrity, fraud review and technical capabilities over time.
The Hyderabad facility was inaugurated by D. Sridhar Babu, Telangana Minister for IT and Industries, along with Ravi Inukonda, Chief Financial Officer, DoorDash; Jenna Kohnke, Senior Director for Workforce Strategy and Talent Acquisition Operations, DoorDash; and Sai Krishna, IT Adviser to the Telangana government.
