DoorDash Can Now Deliver Your Ginormous Costco Order the Same Day

Ready to get your 1-gallon jug of ketchup and 12-month supply of toilet paper delivered to your door?

Starting Thursday, DoorDash will offer same-day delivery from every Costco warehouse in the US, the online delivery service said. The announcement comes a day after Uber Eats said it was expanding its Costco delivery from 17 states to 47. DoorDash customers need to have a Costco membership, which costs $65 for the Gold Star plan and $135 for the Executive plan.

To get started in the DoorDash app, search for Costco and select your local warehouse. Then link the Costco membership and complete the order. The process is basically the same for Uber Eats users.

DoorDash said “groceries, pantry staples, household essentials, electronics, seasonal merchandise, Kirkland Signature products and more” will be available for delivery. Delivery fees will vary, depending on the order, and DashPass members will get free delivery...
