Deterministic by design - TMF Group’s recipe for operational automation

Professional services firm TMF Group has been growing rapidly since its inception in the late 1980s. For the last 11 years, its operating model has changed to meet the needs of customers, regulators and to benefit from new technologies. Leading that operating model modernization is Costa Rican Felipe Araya, who sat down with diginomica to discuss delivering new operating models, culture change, automation, and of course, the role of artificial intelligence (AI).

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, TMF Group provides accounting, compliance, fund administration, and payroll services to multi-national firms, private equity houses, and investment funds. Araya says the firm operates in 90 countries.
