Delhivery has launched Delhivery Maps, an AI-native geospatial platform built using data generated from its logistics network over the past 15 years.

The launch represents more than a product announcement. It reflects a growing trend among large technology-enabled enterprises to commercialise infrastructure originally built for internal operations. Companies are increasingly looking to transform proprietary technology assets into standalone revenue streams after years of investing in platforms that solve large-scale operational challenges.

In Delhivery's case, the challenge was uniquely Indian. The company says it built the mapping infrastructure to navigate unstructured addresses, landmark-based directions, routing constraints, and vehicle-specific logistics requirements across its nationwide network. The platform has been powering the company's own operations across express parcel delivery, freight, supply chain services, and local commerce businesses.
