Deepinder Goyal’s Temple Nears Commercial Launch With Six Colors

Deepinder Goyal has revealed six colors for the launch edition of Temple and said pre-orders could open as early as next week. However, the timeline is not final.

“Pre-orders open soon - hopefully next week; just need certainty on a couple more items,” Goyal wrote in his latest linkedin post. He added that people already on Temple’s early-access waitlist would receive priority access.

The update follows Goyal’s earlier announcement that Temple’s limited launch edition would begin shipping before the end of 2026.

Temple Moves Beyond Its Early-Access Phase

The launch edition will be available in six finishes: True Gold, Rose Gold, Black Mirror, Real Jade, Deep Blue and Purple Funk. Goyal described them specifically as colors for the “launch edition,” leaving open whether the same range will continue once Temple moves beyond its initial release.

The colors may be the most visible change, but Temple’s bigger transition is happening underneath.
