Cognizant, Google Cloud expand partnership to scale enterprise agentic AI
Cognizant and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic AI, establishing a dedicated Gemini Frontier Capability Group backed by more than 18,000 Cognizant associates.
The initiative aims to help businesses move AI projects from pilot stages to production by combining Google Cloud’s AI platform with Cognizant’s engineering and industry expertise. The group will focus on developing secure, production-ready AI agents designed to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The announcement builds on Cognizant’s Gemini practice launched in April 2026 and comes amid growing enterprise demand for AI systems that can automate complex workflows while meeting security and governance requirements.
