Clarkson's Farm season 5 fans left reeling after 'brutal to watch' final episodes — and they're not just saying that for the obvious reason

Even though Clarkson's Farm season 5 episodes 7 and 8 dropped on Prime Video yesterday (June 17), I still can't get my head around what happened.

In true Jezza style, one thing after another went wrong, from struggling with the harvest to a TB (tuberculosis) outbreak among the cattle.

However, none of this trumped the shock announcement that Jeremy has been diagnosed with cancer, which he revealed to farm staff Kaleb and Charlie in the middle of episode 7.

Revealing that he will be away for a significant portion of the year's harvest, Jeremy describes the cancer as "aggressive" but "very early stages." He hopes to be "in and out" for an operation in July 2025, but has known about his health status since that May.

Nothing further is mentioned until the very last scene of episode 8, when an ambulance arrives at Diddly Squat. We cut to Jeremy...
