Circolife Raises $4.5 Million, Targets 40,000 Cooling Units

Circolife, a climatetech startup has raised $4.5 million (₹40.45 crore) in a Pre-Series A round as it targets a fourfold increase in its active subscription base over the next 24 months.

The startup currently has roughly 10,000 active subscriptions across five cities. It plans to scale that base to 40,000 active units nationally.

Funding To Build The Operating Layer

The round is anchored by Bharat Jaisinghani, Joint Managing Director of Polycab India Limited, who was also an early investor and mentor to Circolife.

The round includes participation from Nitish Mittersain, Founder of Nazara Technologies; Intelliquity Ventures; Sumit Jalan, MD of a global investment bank; Siddharth Ladsariya, Founder of Everest Fleet; Anand Ladsariya, MD of Everest Flavours; Anant Goenka, Executive Director of Indian Express; Sky Impact Capital; Rohit Dev, Founder of Ideas91; and family offices S N Damani and Vyom Wealth.
