Certinia says it's aiming for 100% agent coverage by year end

Whatever you can do today in Certinia's SaaS platform for professional services organizations, an AI agent will be able to do by the end of the year. That's the promise from the vendor today as it unveils what it calls its System of Action for services businesses, based on its Veda agent technology. The number of Veda agents has grown from 10 at launch to 24 today, while the library of agentic skills, called Veda Intelligent Actions (VIAs), grows from 64 to 135. By year end, the target is more than 40 agents and 300+ VIAs, covering every possible action within the Certinia platform, across professional services, customer success and financial workflows.
