Certinia acquires Moonnox to speed progress to AI-native PSA

Professional Services Automation (PSA) vendor Certinia today extends its AI capabilities with its first acquisition in more than a decade. It is buying Moonnox, a startup that specializes in AI automation framed by the context extracted from unstructured content at technology services companies. Founded in 2022 by three alumni of Salesforce integrator Bluewolf, Moonnox uses AI to orchestrate workflow automations tailored to the needs of systems integrators, working from information captured in an organization's documents, conversations and decisions. Prasad Sulur, who joined Certinia from Bain & Company as its Chief Business Officer earlier this year, explains:
