Celonis London PI Day - AstraZeneca and Arm reveal how process intelligence underpins AI success

Although not planned, this was a good week for German process intelligence (PI) technology provider Celonis to announce a sovereign AI platform and to host its Process Intelligence Day in London. Rupal Karia, SVP for Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa, took to the stage and the press room to be frank about the opportunities PI offers organizations, the challenges of winning in the public sector, and the orchestration issues CIOs are facing in the race to adopt AI.

His points were backed up by customer speakers in pharmaceuticals and fellow AI players, Arm.

Celonis has partnered with deepset, the creators of the Haystack AI framework and platform to create a sovereign AI platform that combines their two technologies for sensitive sectors such as the military, cybersecurity, policing and national infrastructure.
