As Gen Z reshapes the workforce, organizations must rethink one of HR’s oldest assumptions, that listening once or twice a year is enough. It isn’t.
Perhaps the real problem isn’t hiring.
Perhaps the real problem is that organizations discover employees are unhappy only after they’ve already decided to leave, which raises a harder question than “how do we hire better?” Can attrition actually be predicted before it happens, or is every intervention destined to arrive after the fact?
