Building Four Apps Turned Out To Be Easier Than Shipping One
I entered the RevenueCat Shipaton with one app in mind. Now, I’m sitting on four.

What I'm Building (And Why)
The Shipaton is a build-in-public hackathon run by RevenueCat. The premise: ship something real, document it publicly, let people watch you figure it out. I entered with four apps, each one built to solve a problem I actually have:
- From My Desk — a ritual writing app with real stationery sounds and a roll-top desk aesthetic. Built for the person who can't sit down to write. The hardest part of writing isn't the words; it's starting.
- Myrna — a fitness companion app. The thesis: orientation, not motivation. Reduce today's decision instead of adding more advice.
- Tidy Tori— a chore-racing timer. You race a character who is hell-bent on winning but mostly just wants to be left alone with her cat. Built because...
