From assisting to taking action, AI is becoming a force. For the past several years, enterprises have been leveraging AI to code faster, automate tasks, analyze information, and assist their employees to work faster. It’s the next phase that’s different. By delegating tasks, engaging with tools, connecting with enterprise systems, and handling more tasks without significant human involvement, AI agents are increasingly able to handle more with less human intervention. This opens a greater opportunity and greater responsibility. What can AI do is not enough; enterprises are now asking how they can enable AI to be more independent and remain visible, controllable and accountable to enable safe scaling of the technology.
